The Unhealthiness of Fast Food

Right now, fast food is considered as a normal eating venture. People are not eating fast food in special occasions, but also make it as a behaviour. But, is fast food good for our health?

Fast food was popular in 1940's. Within a few years, fast food operations popped up everywhere in USA such as Mcdonald, White Castle, Wendy's, Taco Bell, KFC, Burger King, Carl's Junior, and Jack In The Box. Oddly, the amount of obesity and cancer increased at the same time.

Fast food made in a very short process with a lot of dangerous additives. To make a low cost fast food, the fast food products are made with highly processed ingredients to give it shelf - life, to hold consistency, and to enhance flavor. Fast food is altered from its original healthy form.

The dangerous additives of fast food is not the calories. It is the chemical additives such as aspartame and MSG (monodium glutamate). Studies show that the chemical additives lead to weight and disease issues.

So, fast food certainly doesn't have any good nutrional. Fast food only feel your hunger temporarily

Kebanyakan orang berpendapat bahwa perempuanlah yang salah karena memakai pakaian yang kurang tertutup. Faktanya, kasus pelecehan seksual yang terjadi sekarang justru kebanyakan dialami oleh perempuan yang memakai pakaian tertutup dan sopan. Bahkan, perempuan yang sudah berumur tidak luput menjadi korban pelecehan seksual.
